Shipping Information — Liquidation Pallets Outlet
We deliver wholesale liquidation pallets across the UK and worldwide. Below you will find full details of our delivery options, timescales, and what to expect on delivery day.
UK Delivery
- Carrier: Pallet courier network (Palletways, Tuffnells, or equivalent)
- Dispatch: 1–3 working days after payment confirmation
- Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
- Type: Kerbside delivery — pallets are delivered to the edge of the road/kerb at your address
- Cost: Included in the product price for all UK mainland orders
Important: Pallets are heavy (typically 100–500 kg). Please ensure you have appropriate equipment to receive your delivery — a forklift, pallet truck, or loading dock. Drivers are not contracted to carry goods beyond kerbside. If you have a specific delivery requirement (e.g. tail lift, delivery to a specific floor), contact us before ordering.
European Delivery
- Coverage: All EU countries and non-EU European destinations
- Transit Time: 5–10 working days depending on destination
- Cost: Freight is quoted individually — contact us before ordering for your tailored quote
- Customs: Buyers are responsible for import duties and VAT in their destination country
International & Worldwide Delivery
- Coverage: USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, South Africa, and most worldwide destinations
- Transit Time: 7–21 working days depending on destination and shipping method
- Cost: Freight is quoted individually — contact us with your requirements for a quote
- Customs & Import Duties: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility
- Consolidation: We can consolidate multiple pallets into a single container shipment for better per-unit freight costs
Collection
UK buyers are welcome to collect their pallets by appointment. After placing your order, contact us to arrange a convenient collection date and time. Please bring a suitable vehicle — a flatbed truck, van with tail lift, or trailer is recommended for pallet collection.
Receiving Your Delivery
- Inspect your pallet upon delivery before signing the driver’s paperwork
- Note any visible transit damage on the driver’s paperwork before signing
- Photograph any damage immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report transit damage
