Frequently Asked Questions — Liquidation Pallets
New to buying wholesale liquidation pallets? Here are the answers to the questions we’re asked most often.
Buying & Ordering
What is a liquidation pallet?
A liquidation pallet is a consignment of returned, excess, or surplus stock from retailers and online marketplaces — consolidated onto a wooden shipping pallet and sold wholesale at a fraction of its original retail price. Stock typically comes from Amazon return centres, retail clearance programmes, and warehouse overstock.
What condition is the stock?
Each product listing includes a condition grade: Grade A (customer returns, often unused), Grade B (shelf pulls and store returns in good condition), or Grade C (mixed or salvage, may have damage). Always read the condition description before purchasing.
Can I see a manifest before I buy?
Most listings include a manifest or detailed item description. For full itemised manifests on larger lots, contact us and we will provide what is available. Please note that Amazon return pallets are often unmanifested — listed quantities are estimates based on weight and pallet size.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order — you can purchase a single pallet. Trade account holders ordering 3+ pallets unlock our best-value wholesale pricing.
Can I mix pallets from different categories?
Yes — add any combination of pallets to your cart and check out in a single order. Shipping is calculated based on total weight and destination.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (BACS for UK, SWIFT for international) and PayPal. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. UK bank transfers typically clear same day or next working day.
Do you offer credit or payment terms?
Approved trade account holders may be eligible for credit terms after an initial trading period. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Shipping & Delivery
How is delivery handled?
UK orders are delivered by pallet courier (Palletways, Tuffnells, or equivalent) to your kerbside address within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Please ensure you have a forklift, pallet truck, or loading bay available — our drivers are not contracted to assist with unloading beyond kerbside.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, including to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, South Africa, and more. International freight is quoted individually. Contact us before ordering for a shipping quote to your country.
Can I collect my pallet?
Yes, UK buyers can collect by appointment. Contact us after placing your order to arrange a time. Please bring a suitable vehicle (flatbed, van with tail lift, or trailer) to collect your pallet.
Returns & Disputes
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of liquidation stock, all sales are final. We describe every pallet as accurately as possible — if you have a concern about a pallet’s contents, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue fairly.
What if my pallet is damaged in transit?
Report transit damage immediately at the point of delivery by noting it on the driver’s paperwork and photographing the damage. Notify us within 24 hours so we can raise a claim with the carrier.
